When will I receive my shipment?

All orders ship from our warehouse within 5 business days of the order placement date. Your shipment will arrive 10-20 business days after the shipping date, depending on carrier availability and location. We apologize that shipping may be delayed if it requires customs clearance or inspection, or if transportation is delayed due to the carrier.

Which countries do you ship to?

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped on business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped the following Monday.

A portion of our products will be shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while the remaining items will be produced and shipped directly from our own factories located in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
