How do I place my order?

To place an order:

Finish adding items to your shopping cart.
You can choose to process your order through our website or through PayPal.
If you wish to continue with payment through our website, click the green "Pay" button on the right side of the screen.
If you wish to continue with PayPal, click the PayPal button.

You'll be redirected to our Customer Information page. You'll be asked to enter:
Email
Name
Address

If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen. Make sure to click the "Apply" button so the discount is calculated and applied to your order.
Continue by clicking the "Continue with Shipping Method" button. Make sure you've entered the correct shipping address (if it's different from your billing address). Once everything is complete, click "Continue with Payment Method."

You'll need to enter your payment information. You'll have the option to specify the same shipping and billing information, if applicable.

Once you've completed the form, click the "Complete Order" button. You'll be taken to a screen with an order summary, along with an on-screen confirmation and a second email confirmation.

What happens if items are missing or I receive incorrect products when I receive my order?

For missing or erroneously sent items, please contact us at service@adrbcdental.com. Please provide your transaction reference number (order number) and proof of purchase (image file size must be less than 1 MB). We will be happy to resend the correct item at no additional cost, and we will not require you to return the item we sent you in error. You may keep it as a gift.

How do I know if my order has been shipped successfully?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and purchase details.

I want to exchange the items I ordered. What should I do?

You can modify your order before 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day it was placed. You can contact us at service@adrbcdental.com to request the change.

How do I add items to my cart?

To add items to your cart:

Go to the page for the item you're interested in and select your preferences. Clicking the "Add to Cart" button will take you to the "Shopping Cart" page.

Enter the quantity of the item you wish to order in the "Quantity:" field next to the item image. After entering the quantity, you can continue shopping or complete the order.

How can I see the contents of my shopping cart? To view your cart, click the cart icon at the top of the website. Once you click this icon, you can easily change the quantity you want to purchase for any item in your cart by updating the quantity shown. You can also remove any item from your cart by clicking the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity list.

How do I remove items from my cart?

First, click the cart icon in the top right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to see all the items currently in your cart. Once you've identified the item you want to delete, click the "Delete" link at the bottom of the quantity list. This will automatically delete the item, and the page will refresh to reflect your changes.

How do I change the quantity of a particular item in my cart?

First, click on the cart icon, located in the upper right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to see all the items currently in your cart, as well as the quantities you have selected for each. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, place your cursor in the "Quantity" field and enter the desired amount. Once this is done, the quantity and associated dollar amount (if applicable) will automatically update and reflect the correct amount, both for quantity and cost, located on the right side of the screen.

How do I use a discount code?

To use a promotional code, follow these steps:

Select the item you wish to order and click the green "Checkout" button.

You'll then be taken to our Customer Information page; please fill in the relevant information.

You will see a "Discount" field in the upper right corner of the page.
